This is a beautiful 1965 Porsche 356 SC (130618). The car is in excellent running condition with a smooth shifting transmission. It was no garage queen and was driven almost daily for the last couple of years. This beauty came with the original keys plus extras like the owners manual, workshop manuals, original brochures, old Road and Track clippings. etc. etc. There are also receipts dating back to original delivery. Also included was the original title and a notebook including the original owners gas journal – date, mileage, gallons and cost of gas.

There is a small quarter sized patch of rust near the headlight which isn’t that bad and could be repaired easily. The engine number is 608225 which is a 1962 1600 (Type 616/1 T6). The engine was replaced in 1972.  The car is a Euro model so it has the original European heater option.

The floor pans and bottom of the car are clean of rust and the car was stored in a garage every night and lived its life on the road. The battery pan is in good shape except one corner but its definitely strong enough to hold a battery.

The interior is original. The seats are in near perfect to great shape. The seat belts are still intact and work. All of the instruments work and look great!  The only thing not original on the interior is the radio as it has an aftermarket cassette player. The carpet is original but worn. All glass appears to be original and the windows function as they should. All exterior chrome looks great.

This Porsche really looks great but has been driven so the new owner won’t be afraid to drive it either!  A car like this draws a lot of attention. Be prepared to be chased down just so people can talk to you about it.
